 In this workshop, Judi will review the key elements of the tax code effective for 2012 as well as possible extensions of tax breaks that have expired in 2012 and may have been extended by Congress after the election and before the end of the year. She will discuss the new 1099B for stock and mutual fund sales and the new Schedule D. She will also discuss important deductions such as medical and contributions - and common tax problems, including IRA withdrawals, Roth conversions, and taxable Social Security. She will focus on what you can expect for 2013 for both Income and Estate taxes. Judi will also address the increased focus on E filing and compliance in the IRS and IL - and leave time for your questions.

Other Information:
Judi holds a Ph.D. from the Union Institute and a Masters degree from Harvard University and was a Professor of Human Resource Management at Benedictine University. She is an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the IRS and is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Practitioners.
