A really engaging read. The novel is a fictionalized version of the romance between Ernest Hemingway and his first wife, Hadley Richardson. Although it is a work of fiction, you can really tell the author thoroughly researched the subjects and the time period.

The continuing story of King Bridei. Set in ancient Scotland in the time of the Picts and Druids. Bridei is set to do battle with the Christian Gaels over control of his country. He sends his hostage, Princess Ana, to marry a mountain clan chief. Much of the book focuses on Ana and her bodyguard Faolan and the brother of the chief, who is a shapeshifter.

A very informative book. I listened to it on CD. I wll listen to it again to pick up what ever I may have missed. I think it is another version of Non Voilent Communication. I did like this book more, less "naggy".

A very touching story of the love between a family and its dog, Marley, through all the ups and downs of life. If you like animals, you will probably enjoy this story. The story is also a very quick read.

Realistic view of the problems in Mexico due to the drug cartels.

He adds a strange surreal character to the mix. I don't know that I can accept this character as real. Especially because his actions in this novel form the basis of much of the plot in this book. Lots of action.
Gives vivid presentation of what happens to people who are infected with rabies.
