Murder Among Friends

The Mystery of the Hidden Poirots...

Poirot QR for Mystery Review

The Hercule Poirot graphic with the QR Code is the first for our lastest reader service: QR code links to outstanding reviews, articles and more that we think will interest patrons. This one is for an article on the just-released Agatha Christie novel The Monogram Murders written by Sophie Hannah. The article just happens to have been written by Alexander McCall Smith for the New York Times Book Review -- so I thought it was a good thing to share, and the QR code is an ideal way to do that!

In order to use the QR code, you need to have a mobile device (usually phones, but tablets work too!) and the device has to have a QR code reader app. There are free ones available at both the Apple store and at at Google Play.

Once you have loaded the program, you bring up the app, and then focus the device's screen over the QR code box -->  and it will bring up the image with the link. Click on the link and you'll get to read this fabulous review!

Special Offer! -- Be the first to find all four QRcodes with Poirot's "picture", and you'll receive a free mystery book! Enjoy our scavenger hunt, and prove that you are the best tracker at Lisle Library!
