Author Crush: Courney Carbone & Brett Wright

This month, I'm crushing on the authors of such literary classic adaptations as srsly Hamlet, YOLO Juliet, A Midsummer Night #nofilter, Macbeth #killingit, and Scrooge #worstgiftever. Courtney Carbone (@CBCarbone) and Brett Wright (@BrettWright) are literary geniuses who took some of the greatest characters in literature and put iPhones in their hands #brilliant

What could this possibly mean, you ask? This:

They are riotously funny, silly beyond what should be considered decent, and so well put together that you can't help but love them. Dickens doubtless would have hated them  (and the entire concept of a texting-formatted novel in general, I'm sure), but I think Shakespeare would have adored these adaptations of his quippy, insult-ridden, brilliant works of storytelling. After all, we all know Shakespeare would have killed on Twitter
