Adult Services will be holding a Dinner & a Movie! event on Friday, February 14th at 6:30 p.m. in Mtg. Rm. B The movie will be one of this year's Oscar nominees: Judy starring Renee Zellweger will be shown and pizza will be served! Registration is required for this event and it begins on Monday, February 10th at 9:30 a.m.

The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari!
This year Horrorween kicks off with one of the most classic psychological horror movies ever made: The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. Admired for both the way it was filmed, and for being the quintessential work of German Expressionist cinema, it tells the story of an insane hypnotist ((Werner Kraus) who uses a somnambulist (Conrad Veidt) to commit murders. The film features a dark and twisted visual style, with sharp-pointed forms, oblique and curving lines, structures and landscapes that lean and twist in unusual angles, and shadows and streaks of light painted directly onto the sets.
Come join us when master fan of classic horror, Richard Flint, shares Horrorween tidbits about the film and the ways it continues to influence horror films today. Enjoy some popcorn while we view the film, and share your thoughts on it too!
