As of Monday, August 16, 2021, the LLD will accept outside group, room reservations for Meeting Room “A." This is the room nearest the entrance doors.

The LLD is continually monitoring the COVID-19 risk to our community.  Therefore, room reservations may be made throught December 31, 2021 at this time. If the virus risk increases, operational procedures may change. Please see the LLD Operational Guidelines page for all updates and requirements for facility use.

Meeting Room "A" has tables, chairs, dry erase board, and a projector/screen for public use (no kitchenette/piano access at this time). The LLD will permit up to 18 people within Meeting Room A – this allows for 3 or 4 tables with manageable seating arrangements for users. Room door must remain open/ajar for air circulation purposes.

Patrons who wish to reserve the meeting room must fill out the LLD Meeting Room Application found via or available in paper format at the Circulation Desk on the first floor. Please read the LLD Meeting Room PolicyNote, that the meeting room guidelines provided on this webpage supersede some information within the Policy due to recently updated LLD operational guidelines.

The LLD recognizes that many residents have taken the appropriate steps to ensure that our community can continue to thrive during this pandemic. The LLD has also taken applicable measures to ensure a healthy and safe space for both patrons and staff.  Having a vibrant Library is a part of having an active and engaged community and opening up the meeting space - with some limitations - is all part of this process.  We thank our residents in advance for complying with Library guidelines as we welcome outside groups back to meet!
