And here are the winners we know -- or will get to know shortly! (Catriona McPherson will be calling in to join our discussion on After The Armistice Ball in April 2015!)
Joelle Charbonneau (in the first picture) won for Best Children's/YA Novel. Joelle came to join us when we discussed Skating Around The Law - the first book in one of her two adult mystery series. She won the Anthony for her Children's/YA novel, The Testing - first in a dystopian trilogy that has garnered praise in many reviews.
Catriona McPherson (in the second picture) is shown with her husband while she holds the Anthony Award for Best Paperback Original for her stand-alone dark mystery, As She Left It.
And last but certainly not least, Daniel Stashower, who called in to talk to us about Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, won for Best Critical/Non-Fiction Work. This is Daniel's third major award for The Hour of Peril. It has previously won the Edgar and the Agatha Best Non-Fiction awards. Way to go Daniel!
